Since selling my restaurant in Warwick I have been searching for a location for my next incarnation of The Pickled Crab. I have found the perfect location to house my next Venture.i have bought a cafe in Southam and we are converting this to a deli, I think there is enough coffee outlets in the world .🔥 the kitchen will be used for the preparation for my private chef business. The Pickled Crab Deli will be a platform for local artisans.
I will be showcasing Local British Lamb , Chicken ,Local Game, Cornish Day Boat Fish, Scottish Shellfish,local seasonal vegetables, Some incredible foraged produce sourced by my incredible Foragers. Plus I will make some different types of pasta from my specially designed pasta section.
Probably plan to open End of September /October depending on work to be done.
We will only open 3 days a week Thursday to Saturday 9am – 4pm in the first instance.
