Nigel is an experienced private chef with an impressive culinary background. With over 25 years in the industry, Nigel has honed his skills by working at some of the most renowned restaurants in Europe and around the world. His passion for cooking began at a young age being trained at the famed Walnut Tree.

Throughout his career, Nigel has cooked for some distinguished people, UHNWI, & Heads of State: the late Queen, Prince Charles, Emperor of Japan, and George Bush. His cooking style can be described as ingredients-driven, full of flavor, and highly seasonal. Nigel’s dishes are known for their accuracy, bold flavors, and playful presentations.Pickled crab food

Nigel’s unique cooking style is inspired by his experiences working in famous restaurants such as The Walnut Tree, Gidleigh Park, Cliveden, Homewood Park, Isle of Eriska, Le Manoir Quat Saison, and Knockinaam Lodge, all of which are highly acclaimed and boast 1 and 2 Michelin stars.
