Wellingtons & Lobster Thermidor at Home this Christmas
In previous years our Wellington’s have been a particular hit for our private clients, so to celebrate the opening of the Deli, we thought we’d bring them to a wider audience.
Our Lobster Thermidor kits are making a return this year, each kit comprises of 1 Lobster (approx 2lb, enough for 2 starters or 1 large main), Thermidor sauce, grated cheese & cognac & cooking instructions.
How to place your Christmas Wellington & Lobster Thermidor order:

- Select the date you wish to collect your Christmas Wellington from our Deli in Southam.
- Make your choices as to which Wellingtons / Lobster you’d like to pre-order.
Please note: a selection for every choice NEEDS to be made.
EG: If you would like 1 x Beef Wellington (4 portions), you must order:
0 Lobster Thermidor, 0 Monkfish, 0 Turkey, & 0 Beetroot.
You will not be able to place or confirm your pre-order if there are no numbers entered.

- Enter your chosen payment method and confirm your pre-order on page 3.
Please note
The Pickled Crab Deli is only open until 3pm, so all Wellingtons & Lobster kits will need to be collected for optimal freshness.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to make variants of our Wellington offerings. If you have any allergies, then please send us a message, or contact the deli in due course, to see if our products are suitable for you.
