We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. To provide the best service to all our guests and ensure fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation of your scheduled dining time, we regretfully must charge the full amount of the reservation. This policy is in place because, with limited time, it becomes challenging for us to resell the table and accommodate other guests.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain the quality of service we provide to all our guests and ensures a pleasant experience for everyone. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
