Our Supper Club event on October 29th will take place at The House Restaurant in Leamington. This establishment is owned by my close friend Mark Higgs, who is also the visionary behind the Free Spirit pub group, encompassing renowned establishments like Castle at Edgehill, The Bell Ladbrooke, The Sun Hook Norton, and The Red Lion Hellidon. The incredibly talented Dariusz skillfully manages the day-to-day operations. His unwavering dedication and profound commitment to The House have made him an exceptional patron. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. To provide the best service to all our guests and ensure fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Rescheduling Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise, and you might need to reschedule your reservation. If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Group Reservations (6 guests or more): For group reservations, we require a longer cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled dining time will be charged the full amount.
